Email Support@cooksaffron.com. Include your device, iOS version and what happened. Please avoid sharing private recipe collections unless needed to investigate your issue.

Bring your recipes

Share a recipe link from Safari to Saffron, or paste a link in Add Recipe. Review the ingredients and directions before saving. For a collection, open Import from an app during setup or in Settings. Paprika and Mela exports, supported JSON, CSV and text files can be reviewed before adding.

Apple Intelligence and local features

Apple Intelligence refinement requires a compatible device with Apple Intelligence enabled. Without it, Saffron still parses structured recipes, matches ingredient artwork, scales quantities and supports grounded kitchen commands locally.

Microphone and notifications

Voice and notifications are optional. Manage permission in your device Settings. Automatic wake listening pauses during other audio playback and when the app is not active. Cooking timers also remain visible in the app.

Imported information

Check imported quantities, cooking temperatures and instructions against the publisher. Nutrition estimates are approximate and are not medical advice.
